2 acorn squash
8 crushed pineapple
Directions: cut acorn squash in half, core out the seeds. place cut side down in a baking dish in 1/4 inch of water. bake at 400 for 30 minu tes. brown sausage, drain excess greese. add celery and onion and saute until the onion is glosy. remove from the heat and add the sage and pineapple. turn the squah over, brush with butter, fill the cavity with the sausage mixture. sprinkle the top with bread crumbs. bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
