Directions: shell and devein the shrimp. leave the tails on. Mash garlic with the salt to form a paste. melt the butter and olive oil in a 12 inch skillet. add the lemon juice, garlic paste and wine. simmer the sauce until the alcohol burns off. add the shrimp and saute on medium heat, turning periodically, for about 5 minutes or until the shrimp are curled and pink. toss with fresh ground pepper and minced parsley. transfer the shrimp to plates and spoon some of the butter sauce over each serving.
