Shrimp in brandy cream sauce



Ingredients:
163/2500 Pound(s) butter
2 Pound(s) chopped garlic
2 peeled and deveined shrimp
1/2 brandy
1/2 whipping cream
2 Ounce(s) chopped chives
Directions: melt butter over medium heat, add the garlic and saute for about a minute. add the shrimp, sprinkle with salt and saute for about 2 minutes. remove the pan from the heat, add the brandy, ignite with a long match. remove the shrimp to a bowl and set aside. add the cream and boil until the sauc e starts to thicken. return the shrimp and any juices to the pan, add the chives, remove the pan from the heat, cover for 5 minutes and serve.
