Ingredients:
1/12 Ounce(s) salt
2 Cup(s) grated cheddar cheese
2 1/2 Cup(s) milk
3 1/2 rice flour
163/1250 Pound(s) butter
1/2 diced onion- yellow
6 potato- baking
1/12 Ounce(s) black pepper
Directions: 1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2.) Cook onion in butter until soft 3.) Add flour to onion and butter and cook for 2 minutes, whisking. 4.) Whisk in milk and cook until thick and bubbly. 5.) Remove from heat and add 3/4 cup of cheese, stirring until melted 5.) Season sauce with salt and pepper. 6.) Layer half of potatoes in a 13x9 baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. 7.) Cover with half of the sauce. 8.) Layer remaining potato slices on top of sauce and season. 9.) Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle with remaining cheese. 10.) Bake, covered, for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
