Barbecued smoked sausage and lima beans In heavy 9-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat. With fork, pierce
sausages all over serveral times. Add sausages and onion, cook, turning
sausages and stirring onion occasionally, until lightly browned--about 4
minutes.
Add limas, tomatoes, Fettucine with creamy tomato-and-sausage sauce Heat oil in heavy large pot over medium-high heat. Add shallots and garlic
and saut until beginning to soften, about 3 minutes. Add sausages and
saut until no longer pink, breaking up with back of fork, about 5 minutes.
Add cream; simmer
5 minutes. Add to Chili ( black bean & sausage with soft tacos ) Brown sausage over medium heat in a large pan or skillet; stir
frequently and break up meat as it cooks; drain fat. Reduce heat to
low; add Chili Makin's; stir well to mix and simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Serves: 10 Spicy shellfish and sausage stew Heat oil in heavy large pot over medium heat. Add onion; saut 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes; saut 4 minutes. Increase heat to high; add wine. Boil until
reduced by half, about 2 minutes. Add clam juice; simmer 3 minutes. Add
clams; cover and cook 3 minutes. Mix Hot sausage balls Mix and shape into marble size balls, bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Skillet sausage and bean stew 1. Combine sausage slices and onion in large nonstick skillet; cook and
stir over medium-high heat 5-7 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
