Directions: husk and rinse tomatillos (not tomatoes!) and chop coarsely.
chop chilis, onion, and cilantro.
halve, peel, pit and dice avocados.
blend these ingredients in a blender or food processer to desired texture, add lime juice, salt and pepper to taste.
makes about 2 1/2 cups.
