Directions: this a no crust quiche.
sprinkle the shredded swiss cheese, crumbled bacon and chopped onion in your baking dish. throughly mix the milk, bisquick and eggs and pour into the baking dish. bake at 350 for 1 hour. let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
this is a very versatile dish. you can add just about any cheese, vegetable or meat to suite your personal taste.
