Ingredients: 1/16 Quart(s) olive oil 4 boneless 1 inch thick pork chop 417/10000 Ounce(s) salt 1/8 pepper 2 12 inch thick granny smith apple 3/4 Ounce(s) honey 1 1/2 sherry vinegar 4 Ounce(s) chjopped baby corn |
Directions: salt and pepper the chops, over high heat cook port chops for 7 minutes, turning once. remove chops. add the apple and cook over high heat for 6 minutes, turning once. remove from heat.
mix honey, vinegar, 3 tbsp olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. mix in cranberries.

Barbecued pork sandwich 1. Use 30 lb 13 oz (17-29 oz cn) canned pork with natural juices. Drain.
2. Combine onions, catsup, mustard, brown sugar, vinegar, and water, add to pork, stir to mix well.
3. Cover, simmer 25 minutes, stir occasionally to prevent burning.
4. Sauteed turkey with citrus currant sauce In a large skillet, heat the oil, half a teaspoon at a time and cook the
turkey in 4 batches over medium high heat for about 2 minutes on each side
or until cooked. Sprinkle with about half the salt and pepper. Remove from
