Ingredients:
1/16 Quart(s) olive oil
4 boneless 1 inch thick pork chop
417/10000 Ounce(s) salt
1/8 pepper
2 12 inch thick granny smith apple
3/4 Ounce(s) honey
1 1/2 sherry vinegar
4 Ounce(s) chjopped baby corn
Directions: salt and pepper the chops, over high heat cook port chops for 7 minutes, turning once. remove chops. add the apple and cook over high heat for 6 minutes, turning once. remove from heat. mix honey, vinegar, 3 tbsp olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. mix in cranberries. p lace apples on chops, spoon on the suace and serve.
