Ingredients:
2 Bunch(s) minced cilantro
2 Pound(s) minced garlic
1/2 dry red wine
8 Ounce(s) tomato sauce
1/6 Ounce(s) salt
1 dry mustard
1/6 Ounce(s) oregano
1 pepper
1/8 Quart(s) olive oil
2 peeld and deveined raw shrimp
Directions: in wood processor add cilantro, wine, tomato sauce and seasoning until combined. saute the garlic in olive oil, add the tomato sauce mixture and bring to a boil. reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. place shrimp in a single layer in a shallow baking dish. pour sauce over shrimp, cover, and let set for two hour at room temperature or overnight in the regrigerator. broil 6 inches from the heat turning once until done.
