Directions: in a bowl combine the first 7 ingredients. in a shallow bowl beat egg. dip checken in egg, then roll in pecan mixture. in a large skillet, cook chicken in for 15 minutes turning once. mix sour cream, dijon mustard, sugar and pinch of salt. pour over chicken and serve.
