Directions: pour 1 cup of water over the french bread. add the beef, onion, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, celery seed, accent parmesan cheese and eggs. mix well. form into 1 inch balls, roll in flour and brown in olive oil turning. once. remove the oil and add two cups of water and ketchup, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
