Directions: Marinade - using food processor add ginger, onion,garlic, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, coriander and pepper and mix well.
pour marinade over pork pieces and let set at room temp for 2 hours.
thread the pork onto skewers. grill each side over hot fire for 4 minutes.
