Directions: Trim steak of fat, slice diagonally across grain into thin strips. Marinade in sherry, soy sauce, garlic, red pepper, onion and ginger.
In separate bowl, mix 1/2 c. water and cornstarch
In a large fry pan or wok, heat 1-2 tablespoon olive oil. Remove beef from marinade and stir-fry until no longer pink. Remove from pan.
Add beef, marinade and cornstarch mixture.
Stir occasionally until thickened.
Serve over rice.

Korean beef and mushrooms Cut steak into thin slices. Pound until thin.
Mix together the sesame seends, garlc, ginger, soy sauce and cayenne pepper.
Stir into the beef with wooden spoon pressing well with the back of the spoon.
Heat the oil and stir fry meat for one minte.
