Directions: finely chop the chocolate.
heat the soy creamer in a heavy pot over medium heat, do not boil.
gradually add the chocolate, stirring to smooth. do not overheat, choc
olate burns easily.
*optional* add 2 tablespoons of liquour, like grand marnier (orange) or amaretto (almond).
