Ingredients:
1/12 Quart(s) (use soy creamer!) soy milk
9 ~60% cocoa content chocolate
Directions: finely chop the chocolate. heat the soy creamer in a heavy pot over medium heat, do not boil. gradually add the chocolate, stirring to smooth. do not overheat, choc olate burns easily. *optional* add 2 tablespoons of liquour, like grand marnier (orange) or amaretto (almond).

Comments: keep warm in a tealight fondue pot...sterno is too hot and will burn the chocolate. delicious served with fruit, (vegan!) marshmallows, and applesauce spice cake

bake 30-45 minutes or until a straw poked into the middle comes out clean.
