Ingredients:
1/4 green goddess
1/2 sliced cucumber
1 crumbled feta cheese
1/4 sliced lettuce
1 sliced onion
1 sliced tomato
1 1/4 Cup(s) water
1/12 Quart(s) or vegetable oil olive oil
1 falafel mix
Directions: mix the falafel and water and make into 12 disks about 2" dia. 1/2" thick. let stand 10 minutes. Preheat oil in a pan (3min) and fry about 4 minutes a side. Cut cucumbers, onion lettuce and tomatoe throw it all in a pita bread with some green goddess.
