Directions: it's important to use either a non-stick pan, or a very well-seasoned pan and a little oil. it should be heated evenly on medium (so that a drop of water evaporates quickly) before you begin cooking the crepes.
mix together all ingredients. you will need to add more soy milk to the batter, testing, as you go along, to get it to the right thickness. this takes some experimenting...it could take up to another cup. your first crepe will probably not be so good. keep going!
add 1/2 - 3/4 of a cup of batter to the pan, quickly swirling it around so it covers the bottom.
cook until small holes form and the top looks dry. loosen edges and flip, cooking a little while longer on the other side. the crepe should be golden-brown on both sides, and cooked through.
stack crepes on a tea towel as you cook. they store and reheat well. unlike non-vegan crepe batter, this batter does not keep, and should be used immediately.

machine manufacturer. Use light setting.
For the Hitachi 101 I warm liquid in microwave for 1 minute before I
add to bread pan.
This made tasty tall loaf.
Other makes of machines may have to Tomato crepes Beat eggs and add flour and sugar. Add tomato juice and water or
stock, salt and pepper and melted, cooled butter. Bake according to
directions for Basic Crepes.
If tomato juice is particularly thick, use half tomato juice and half
water.

This is a light wheat bread with a succulent pesto flavor. Serve it
plain or use it for garlic bread with spaghetti or lasagna.

Use freshly prepared pesto sauce or make your own. Stir the sauce

Ham-olive crepes Heat 1/3 cup butter in large skillet; add mushrooms and onion. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Using slotted spoon remove mushrooms; set aside.
Add 2 tablespoons butter to skillet; blend in flour and cook until bubbly. Remove f Wheat flour tortillas Heat a heavy-based griddle or frying pan (without greasing it) over a moderate heat until a drop of water sizzles in it.
Sieve the salt and flour together, and blend in the fat as you would for ordinary pastry.
