Ingredients:
4 corn flakes
1 1/2 poppy seed
1 crab
1/8 tabasco
1 dry mustard
1 pepper
1 corn oil
417/10000 Ounce(s) salt
1 1/2 juice onion
39/5000 Quart(s) lemon juice
163/1250 Pound(s) sugar
3/4 old bay seasoning
1/3 cider vinegar
1 dijon mustard
1 egg
1/8 Quart(s) mayonnaise
Directions: mix maronaise, egg, mustard, old bay seasoning, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and tobasco. gently stir in the crab meat. cover and chill two hours. pulse cornflakes in the food processor until coarsely ground. place in a shallow dish. shape a heaping tablespoon of mixture into 1 1/2 inch cakes. then gently dredge in the cornflake mixture. chill on greased cookie sheet for 1 to 4 hours. bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
