Directions: mix maronaise, egg, mustard, old bay seasoning, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and tobasco.
gently stir in the crab meat.
cover and chill two hours.
pulse cornflakes in the food processor until coarsely ground. place in a shallow dish.
shape a heaping tablespoon of mixture into 1 1/2 inch cakes. then gently dredge in the cornflake mixture.
chill on greased cookie sheet for 1 to 4 hours.
bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
