Directions: bake at 350 in the middle of the oven.
combine flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda. cream the butter, sugar, brown sugar, until light and fluffy, add eggs one at a time. mix milk and vanilla. stir the dry ingredients into batter. fold in the oats, chocolate chips and walnuts.
using 1/3 cup for each cookie, drop onto cooking sheet, 3 inches apart. bake for 15 minutes
