Directions: in a small bowl combin the sherry, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, chicken broth, repepper flakes and cornstarch. b over medium high heat add the olive oil, green onion for one minute. add the shrimp and garlic and toss until the shrimp is orange in color. about 3 to 5 minutes. add the contents of the bowl and stir until thickened. about 2 minutes. serve hot
