Directions: prepare batter recipe, stick in the refrigerator the night before
prepare brine
add chicken set aside
prepare bbq sauce start simmering
preheat deep fryer
preheat griddle
cut up chicken into small strips about 1" wide
brush off any excess salt
dip in batter let excess drip off
fry in small batches for about 4 - 10 mins
remember to stir your sauce while frying
prepare bread recipe
finish chicken and then finish bread, sauce should be ready as well

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and form into a dough. Cut into 4 or 5 equal pieces. Roll out to a thin 8 inch circle. Prick the surface of the dough with a fork and cook on an oiled hot griddle. Turn with a spatula. Watch these flat bread disks closely because they cook fast. Serve warm. |

Deluxe chicken spaghetti Boil chicken breasts in water until tender; cool. Reserve broth. Chop
green peppers and onions. Saute in butter. Cook spaghetti in 3 quarts of
reserved broth. Do not take out of pot OR DRAIN! Add velveeta and stir
until melted. Add remaining ingredi Chicken with mint-spinach sauce Pour enough broth into medium-size skillet to just cover chicken breasts.
Bring liquid to boiling. Lower heat. Add chicken. Cover and simmer until
cooked through, about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, saute onion in margarine in nonstick skillet until soft Blueberry sauce In a saucepan, combine 1 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 1/4 teaspoon
nutmeg, and the dash of salt; gradually stir in 1 cup boiling water. Cook
and stir till mixture thickens and boils; cook for 2 minutes more. Add 2

In saucepan, combine carrots, onion, celery and chicken broth.
Simmer 20 minutes.
In 3-quart casserole, mix soup, sour cream, chicken cubes, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Add simmered vegetables and liquid; mix well.
