Directions: season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. brown c hicken in 1/2 olive oil and butter. (about 3 min per side )add the mushrooms and cover and cook for 5 minutes. place chicken in baking dish. pour the mushroom over the chicken. melt 1 tbs butter, add the flour and stir about 1 minute. add the milk and stir until the mixture thickens. (approx 5 minuetes) stir in the egg yoke. pour over chicken mushroom mixture, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minuets. serve over buttered pasta.
