Directions: cut port into 1/2 to 1 " pieces, brown in olice oil in a skillet to remove excess fat. drain well. place pork and all remai ning ingredients into a slow cooker. cook on high for three hours, turn to low and cook for 2 to 4 hours. pork should shred easily with the side of a spoon. serve over rice or pasta.
