Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350*F.
2. Generously grease and flour 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
3. Stir together eggs, oil, salt, baking powder, vanilla, sugar, flour, baking soda and cinnamon (batter is very thick).
4. Add Zucchini
5. Fold in walnuts.
6. Spoon into prepared pan.
7. Bake for 1-1/4 hours or until done.
