Ingredients:
3 Tablespoon(s) olive oil
2 Pound(s) zucchini, halved crosswise; cut into 4 flat slices
4 clove garlic; minced
1 Ounce(s) sea salt
1 Tablespoon(s) parsley; chopped
Directions: Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add zucchini; saut until slices are light golden and tender, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and red pepper; stir 1 minute.
