Ingredients:
4 Zucchini
2 Tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
2 Tablespoon(s) Vinegar
1 Centiliter(s) Garlic, mashed
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Basil
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Oregano
Directions: Wash, trim, and slice zucchini. Saute in oil until slightly soft. Drizzle vinegar over zucchini while cooking. Add garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat well. Serve hot or cold.
