Directions: In large bowl, mix together oatmeal, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, orange peel and salt. In separate bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, vanilla, oil and applesauce. Add dry
ingredients, mixing until blended. Turn into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake in preheated 350-degree oven 1 hour or until done. Makes 2 loaves.

1/2 c Lowfat Swiss Cheese, grated
Put the zucchini in a colander or on towels to drain off Broiled baby zucchini with bacon and cheese Preheat broiler and but broiling pan 7" from heat. Split unpeeled zucchini
lengthwise and sprinkle cut sides with pepper. Put on heated pan and broil
10 minutes. Put a bacon piece on each zucchini half and top generously with

cover.
Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, then chill quickly under cold water. Cut off
