Ingredients:

1 applesauce
1/8 Cup(s) vegatable oil
2 Dash(s) vanilla
2 eggs

2 Tablespoon(s) grated orange peel

Directions: In large bowl, mix together oatmeal, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, orange peel and salt. In separate bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, vanilla, oil and applesauce. Add dry ingredients, mixing until blended. Turn into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven 1 hour or until done. Makes 2 loaves.
