Zesty Potato Wedges



Ingredients:
4 Tablespoon(s) butter or margarine
1/4 Cup(s) ketchup
1 Teaspoon(s) prepared mustard
1/2 Teaspoon(s) paprika
1/4 salt
3 large unpeeled potatoes
Directions: Preheat oven to 425. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Remove from heat and sitr in ketchup, mustard, and other ingredients until well mixed. Cut each potato into wedges lengthwise; slash each crosswise at inch intervals but do not cut through skin. Place skin side down on cookie sheet. Brush with butter mixture and bake until done. Baste occasionally with remaining butter mixture.
