Zesty Meat Marinade



Ingredients:
1/3 Cup(s) Grapefruit juice or lemon juice
1 Envelope Good Seasons Salad Dressing Mix
1/3 Cup(s) Oil
3 Pound(s) Chuck steak or chicken pieces
Directions: Combine juice and salad dressing mix in cruet or jar with tight-fitting lid. Cover and shake well; add oil and shake again. Pour over steak in a shallow dish or pan.
