Piquant sour orange marinade* Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour over pork, venison, or poultry. Cover
and refrigerate for 12-24 hours. When cooking the meat use this as a
basting suace as well.
Gyro meat (swedish kebab) Mix everything together and let sit in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Blend in a food processor for about 1 minute. (When cooked, this will help give it a more traditional gyro feel on your palate. Otherwise, it just takes like cooked minced meat.)

Three citrus chicken marinade Mix all ingredients in shallow wide mixing bowl. Add chicken and marinate
1-2 hours. Grill or broil, brushing marinade on chicken 2-3 times.
Marinade also may be used on salmon, tuna or shrimp. Reduce marinating time
so citrus does not "c Meat marinade Mix together and let meat soak in it for at least 2-3 hours. We marinade steak overnight in this recipe. It may take multiplying this recipe a few times for more meat. I have never used it without multiplying it.
Good eats meat loaf In a food processor bowl, combine crout
ons, black pepper, cayenne pepper, chili powder, and thyme. Pulse until the mixture is of a fine texture. Place
this mixture into a large bowl. Combine the onion, carrot, garlic, and red pepper in the food processor West indies marinade rub. 15 ml 1 tbsp curry powder. 15 ml 1 tbsp ground cumin. 1,25 ml quarter tsp
chili powder. 7,5 ml half tbsp ground black pepper. 15 ml 1 tbsp paprika.
2,5 ml half tsp ground mixed spice.
Mix all the ingredients together. Coat the meat in the mixtu Hummus marinade In the container of a food processor or blender, place the garlic cloves,
sesame seeds, and 2 Tbsp. olive oil. Process until smooth.
Add the chick-peas, lemon juice, parsley, and salt. Process once more.
Slowly add the remaining 4 Tbsp. olive "easy cure" meat jerky Trim all fat from meat. Slice meat with the grain as thin as possible. The
meat slices nicely when semi-frozen, or your butcher will do the slicing
for you. Place the meat in cool brine and refrigerate overnight.
