Zesty Lemon Pie



Ingredients:
1 32 ounce yogurt
2 lemon flavor gelatin
1/6 Ounce(s) finely grated lemon peel
1/2 Teaspoon(s) ground ginger
Directions: Mix yogurt and dry gelatin in mdeium microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high 2 1/2 minutes or until gelatin in completely dissolved, stirring after 1 1 /2 minutes. Stir in lemon peel and ginger. Pour into 9 inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
