1 Package(s) rice dough
1 Can(s) sweet red bean paste
8 105/304 Ounce(s) coriander
1 Can(s) heart of palm
1 Can(s) asparagus spears
1 carrots
1 plastic wrap
Directions: Use a round screen over boiling water to steam the rice dough until soft and pliable. While dough is still on the screen, spread paste down the center in a 2 inch line. Then add shredded carrots, 2 asparagus spears, a few shreds of heart of palm and sprigs of coriander (see pic). Roll tightly and tuck in sides. Wrap with plastic and refrigerate overnight. May be frozen and dipped in sauce of choice later.

Comments: can be frozen for lunches or snacks
