Saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Add to bread
mixture, stirring well. Spoon into a lightly greased 2-quart
casserole dish. Cover and bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Yield: 6 se Chris' crock pot dressing Lightly grease crock pot. Crumble cornbread into mixer bowl. Add all

Spinach salad dressing whisk verything thoroughly until blended and emulsified.
Iberia french dressing Combine all the ingredients in a covered bottle and shake well. Shake well again just before using.
Makes 1 cup of Dressing.
Variations:
ROQUEFORT DRESSING: Add 1 to 2 Tbs Roquefort cheese that has been crumbled to 1/2 cup of the above dressing.
