Bobbie's note: I use a fork to mash t Poached garlic spread taragon, or other fresh herb.
1. Break garlic head into cloves and cook in boiling water intil soft
(about 20 min.).
2. Drain, remove skins and place cloves in mortar or blender. Add
salt olive oil, vinegar and herb. Mix well, adjust sea Peanutty stuffed eggs Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Carefully remove yolks and blend with peanut
