YELLOW SQUASH CASSEROLE



Ingredients:
3 Tablespoon(s) Margarine
4 Yellow summer squash; sliced
1 Onion; medium, chopped
4 Ounce(s) Green chilies; (1 can); chop
10 Saltine crackers; crushed
1 1/2 Cup(s) Cheddar cheese; shredded
Directions: In a skillet, melt margarine over medium heat. Saute squash and onion until crisp-tender. Remove from the heat; stir in chilies, crackers, and salt and pepper. Spoon into a greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
