Mulligatawny chicken HEAT THE OIL IN A SOUP POT over medium heat and add the chicken, onions,
celery, carrots and curry. Cook 15 minutes. Add the water, cider, salt,
pepper and lentils. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add the potatoes and
dill, replace cover and c Orzo and rice pilaf with vegetables Heat oil and butter in a deep 12-inch heavy skillet over moderately high
heat until foam subsides, then saut orzo, stirring constantly, until
golden brown, about 1 minute. Add onion, carrots, celery, garlic, salt, and
pepper and saut, stirring occasionall Chicken tacquitos Heat oil and cook chicken 2 minutes. Add onion and peppers. Cook
until tender. Drain if necessary. Add chunky salsa and drained corn

In this recipe you leave the chicken in the pot and add the

Crunchy taco chip chicken 1. In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, arrange chicken breasts with thicker parts
toward outside of the dish. Cover and microwave on high 8-10 minutes, until
chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove chicken to plate and set aside.
2. In the same casserole, Chicken squash pesto 1. Put water on to cook pasta.
2. Cut up zucchini and summer squash into thin slices. Cut up mushroom into pieces as well.
3. Add about 2 tablespoons olive oil to a skillet. Cover. Heat and then add garlic (for a mintue) then squashes and mushrooms.
4. Grape leaves stuffed with rice Saute onions in oil till light brown. Add 1 c water with the rice, salt &
kelp. Mix well. Cover & cook till the water is absorbed. Remove from
heat, cool slightly & add remaining spices. Place 1 generous ts of filling
onto each Goat cheese chicken breasts Preheat oven to 375
in a medium sized bowl, mix togehter breadcrumbs, salt and ground black pepper. cut a pocket into each breast, cutting almost to the other side. Stuff each breast pocket with 1 ounce of the goat cheese.
Next, in a small bowl crack eg Chicken & asparagus Flatten each chicken breast and season to taste. Sprinkle a little of the
mozzerella at one end of each breast. Lay one (or two if they'll fit side
by side) asparagus length on top, cross-wise Roll the breast up and secure
with toothpicks. Cranberry chicken breast 1. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.
2. Place chicken in a casserole dish.
3. Pour mixture over chicken.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 4-5 minutes uncovered.

Chicken luncheon sandwich Combine chicken, cheese, celery, bell pepper, onion, pimiento,
mayonnaise and yogurt. Season with salt and pepper. Stir until well
blended. Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve on rolls with lettuce.
Makes about 5 cups.
Chicken taco casserole Saute onion in butter. Add chilies, tomato juice, cheddar cheese soup,
chili powder and garlic powder. Add chopped chicken. Break tortillas into
about 6 pieces each. Put a layer of tortillas, layer of chicken mixture,
and layer of grated cheese. Sweet, sticky and spicy chicken Mix together brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and hot sauce in a small bowl.
Cut Chicken Breasts into half. Lightly salt and pepper the chicken strips.
