Ingredients:
2 Tablespoon(s) Vinegar
2 Tablespoon(s) boil and then simmer for about 1/2 hour. Do not cook or store in
1/4 Cup(s) Celery, rib, chopped
1 Cup(s) Boneless leg of lamb
1/2 Tablespoon(s) Mustard (any creamy kind)
1/2 Cup(s) Cooking oil
3 Tablespoon(s) Cloves garlic -- chopped
1/4 Cup(s) Bottled french dressing
Directions: Mix well. Marinate meat for a minimum of four hours. Here is the absolute best meat marinade I have ever had...I found it in "Delicious Decisions" the cookbook of the Jr. League of San Diego. I find that very, very inexpensive London Broil (even bottom round & shoulder) is almost butter tender when marinaded in this overnight then grilled (although broiling is almost as good).
