1 Quart(s) Beef broth, OR 1 soup bone
1 Pint(s) Peas
2 Tablespoon(s) Salt
1 Pint(s) Corn
1 Cup(s) Soup beans
1 Pint(s) Lima beans
1 Pint(s) Tomatoes
1/2 Cup(s) Rice
Directions: Chop the celery, carrots, cabbage, and green beans finely. Combine them with the rest of the ingredients in water to cover (except the rice), and cook them for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Add the rice 15 min. before serving.
