Winter Broccoli And Cinnamon Soup



Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon(s) Butter or margarine
1 large Onion, chopped
2 Cloves garlic, crushed
1 Pound(s) Broccoli, roughly chopped
2 Tablespoon(s) Soya sauce
1 1/2 Pint(s) Marigold Vegetable Bouillon
2 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
Directions: 1. Melt the butter in a pan, add the onion and garlic and saut‚ until transparent. 2. Add the broccoli, soya sauce, stock and seasoning and simmer for 45 minutes. 3. Allow to cool a little before liquidising until smooth. Return to the pan, stir in the cinnamon and reheat gently, then serve.
