Bring cream, sugar, and corn syrup to simmer in heavy medium saucepan. Add

Remove squash from smoker. Arrange with remaining squash halves, cut side down, in pan.
Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until soft. Scoop out pul Wild mushroom and orzo "risotto" Porcini are available at Italian markets and specialty foods stores.
Rinse mushrooms briefly with cold water. Place in small bowl. Add 1 1/2 cups hot water and let soak until softened, about 30 minutes. Drain mushrooms, reserving soaking liquid. food processor and mix for about 30 seconds until just blended. Knead the
dough until perfectly smooth. Wrap in clingfilm to rest in the fridge for 1

Fire and ice salsa Combine in a bowl and serve. A few hours for the flavors to mingle would be nice, but I've found it isn't necessary.
