Directions: Preheat the oven to 150°C/300°F/gas mark 2 and grease a 25 x 15cm baking tin with butter. Cream the butter and sugar together and beat in the eggs. Mix in the flour and cocoa and then stir in the chopped nuts and white chocolate pieces. Bake for about 40 minutes for a sticky brownie or 50 minutes for a firmer result. Cut in the tin whilst still hot and remove when cool. Serve with vanilla ice cream or clotted cream.
