large bowl, combine all cupcake ingredients except chocolate chips; beat
at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Fold in chocolate
chips. Fill paper-line Parmesan crusted chicken w. sage butter sauce Preheat oven to 450. Pound chicken breasts to -inch thickness. Whisk egg whites, cornstarch, and lemon juice in shallow dish for dipping mixture. Combine bread crumbs and next 5 ingredients (through lemon zest) for crusting mixture.
