White Bean Bruschetta



Ingredients:
2 Loaves french bread, sliced
3 Tablespoon(s) Olive oil
2 Can(s) White beans, rinsed and well
3 Tablespoon(s) Balsamic vinegar
4 Cloves garlic
1/4 Cup(s) Flat-leaf parsley, chopped
2 Tablespoon(s) Fresh oregano, chopped
Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. 2. Brush each slice of bread on one side with olive oil. 3. Place the slices on a baking sheet and bake in the oven 10-15 minutes or until lightly golden. 4. Combine the beans, oil, vinegar, and garlic in a large bowl, season with salt and pepper, and add the parsley and oregano. 5. Top each slice of bread with a heaping tablespoon of the white bean mixture and serve immediately.
