Directions: 1 Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water, drain and return to the pan on a low heat. Mash to a puree. Heat the butter in a frying pan, add the bacon, garlic and chives, and cook with the bacon till crisp.
2 Add the olive oil and goat's cheese to the pureed potatoes and, using a wooden spoon, beat until light and fluffy. Season with salt and pepper, mix in the bacon mixture and serve.

Cheese and chile squares Using the metal blade, drop the Parmesan cheese pieces through the feed
tube with the motor running and process until finely grated. Remove and set
aside. Without washing the workbowl, use the metal blade to chop the

Potato salad dressing * I use reduced fat mayonnaise instead of fatfree because I think the
fatfree is totally tasteless and why bother. I make this very rarely, so I
justify the use of the mayonnaise to myself.
This is better if you make the potato salad ahead of Fettucine asparagus with shiitake & smoked bacon (Recipe is from Diane Pariseau of Triology Restaurant, St. Helena, Calif.)
Saute bacon in skillet until crisp, remove to a plate. Drain off excess
fat, then add olive oil to the skillet and cook the mushrooms until
softened. Lightly blanch the Canadian bacon and cheddar puff 6 tb honey
2 ts caraway seeds
6 z English muffin;split&toasted
2 tb Butter or margarine
12 sl Canadian bacon
1 lg Granny Smith apple, peeled
4 x Egg whites, room temperature

mustard and mayonnaise to potato mixture; toss.
Brownies ( german sweet chocolate cream cheese ) To prepare Brownie layer: Melt chocolate and margarine over very low
heat or melt in microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes or until margarine is
melted then stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir sugar

What you do:

Posted by Mark Satte Wisconsin cheese chowder In a Dutch oven, combine the peppers, onions, celery, apple juice, and
garlic. Cook, stirring, over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Add the flour
and 1/2 cup of the stock. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
Add the potatoes and the remaining 1-1/2 Skordalia (greek potato dip) Peel and boil potatoes. Drain (save some of the cooking water), cool, mash
with garlic. Mix in lemon juice, then mayo. Mix until well incorporated.
Add potato-cooking water as need to thin slightly. Chill before using.
Makes just under 3 cups. Brocolli cheese noodle soup In a large pan, heat oil, add onions and saute over medium heat for 3
minutes. Add water and bouillon. Heat to boiling. Add noodles and salt.
Cook uncovered 3 minutes. Stir in brocolli and garlic. Cook 4 minutes more.
Add milk, cubed velvetta che Baked potato wedges Preheat oven to 400F .
Cut each potato into 6-8 wedges. Toss with olive oil and salt and pepper.
