1/2 Ounce(s) vanilla extract
14 can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
3 Ounce(s) softened (250g or 8oz) cream cheese
1 Cup(s) chopped walnuts
3043/10000 Pound(s) firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/3 whipping cream
1/4 melted butter or margarine
3/4 graham wafer crumbs
Directions: Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Crust: Combine crumbs, walnuts, sugar, and margering/butter. Press into a 9 inch springform pan. Filling: In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk, then add eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour into the pan and bake for 55 minutes or until the center is set. Cool. Topping: Combine the brown sugar and whipping cream in a heavy pot. Cook and stir over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Simmer for 5 minutes or until thickened. Add the walnuts. Top the cooled cake with the topping. Chill thoroughly. Refrigerate the leftovers.
