Waldorf Salad Dressing
1/12 Ounce(s) grated lemon peel 2 25/32 Ounce(s) fat-free yogurt, vanilla low-fat 217/10000 Ounce(s) ground nutmeg 2 54/625 Ounce(s) reduced-calorie, thawed cream, whipped (cool whip) |
Directions:
Place the yogurt in a small bowl. Add the whipped topping and gently fold in. Then gently fold in the lemon peel and nutmeg. |

24 hour fruit salad Drain pineapple and dissolve orange juice in pineapple juice. Mix in juice
instant pudding, sliced bananas, pears, apricots and peaches (in bite
sizes.) Add drained oranges and pineapple. Mix and let stand for 24 hours
in refrigerator.
Beet salad i and ii Wash beets well, being careful not to break their skins. Cut off the tops,
leaving a stalk of about 1 1/2". Boil in a 3 quart saucepan until tender,
covered. Allow the water to cool, then slip off the skins, trim off the
tops, and cut i Mozzarella salad Whisk together olive oil, salt, oregano, garlic, vinegar, pepper,
and Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
In large salad bowl, mix lettuce, black olives, tomatoes, green
olives, and mozzarella. Pour dressing over salad and toss to
coat.
White bean salad with green olives Drain, rinse and drain white beans. Place in a medium heavy saucepan and add onion halves (with cloves), bay leaf, and enough water to cover by an inch. Bring to the boil, reduce to barely a simmer, cover and cook 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper, and a li Molded turkey-pineapple salad Dissolve the gelatin in 1/4 cup of the pineapple juice. zest, jalapeno, mustard and olive oil. Season to taste with salt and
pepper. Toss and let sit for 1 hour. Serve in lettuce cups.

Waldorf salad is traditionally a mix of coarsely chopped nuts, apples,
celery, and raisins combined with mayonnaise. For a change, substitute
fresh chunks o Lebanese layered salad Place the bulgur in a large bowl. Combine juice, oil, 1 tsp salt, and
garlic in a small bowl, stir well with whisk. Drizzle juice mixture over
bulgur. Layer onion, tomato, parsley, mint, dill, cucumber, and bell
pepper evenly over bulgur mixture. Spri Calico salad Wash and drain kidney, green, and wax beans. Add chopped pepper and onion.
Mix sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over salad. Chill.

Hot tuna salad sandwiches Combine all ingredients and pt into the hot dog rolls. Wrap each roll in aluminum foil. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
Orange-cashew chicken salad Peel and separate orange into sections; cut each section in half. In
large bowl, combine orange, chicken, pea pods, red pepper and onion
rings. In small bowl combine Pace Picante Sauce, marmalade, soy sauce
and ginger; mix well. Toss with chicken mixtur Pasta salad with tomatoes & corn Whisk 4 tablespoons oil, vinegar, basil and garlic in large bowl to blend.
Heat remaining 1 tablespoon of oil in heavy skillet over medium heat. Add corn; saute' 3 minutes. Add corn to dressing in bowl. Add tomatoes, pasta and cheese to blend.
Season Chicken couscous salad In small saucepan, combine broth and curry powder. Bring to a boil. Stir
in couscous and currants, immmediately cover pan; remove from heat. Let
stand 10 minutes. Place cooked couscous in medium bowl, fluffing with fork
several times to break Anne's dilly pasta salad Combine salad dressing, garlic, dill and seasonings, mix well. Add rest of
ingredients, mix lightly. Chill several hours or overnight so flavors can
mix. Serve on lettuce with crisp crackers.
NOTES: Chilling is very important.
Vegetarian caesar salad Cut the bread into 1-inch croutons. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a
large nonstick skillet. Add the croutons and cook, turning once, until
golden, 5 minutes. Transfer the croutons to a plate lined with paper
towels. Set aside.
Place the garlic Japanese salad dressing Mix ingredients well and chill.
