Alida's alpine inn coleslaw Combine ingredients in bowl in order given. Mix until well blended. Makes 4
servings.
Waldorf salad dressing Place the yogurt in a small bowl. Add the whipped topping and gently fold in. Then gently fold in the lemon peel and nutmeg.
$800 waldorf red cake Cream shortening, sugar and eggs. Make paste of coloring and cocoa. Add to
shortening mixture. Add milk alternately with flour and salt. Add vanilla.
Fold in vinegar and soda (paste, see above). Pour into prepared pans and
bake 30 minutes at 350 & Asian coleslaw Mix fressing, peanut butter and soy sauce in a large bowl with a wire whisk until well blended. Add coleslaw blend; toss to coat. Cover. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Top with peanuts just before serving.
