Ingredients: 8 Ounce(s) rigatoni (5 cups) 8 Ounce(s) fully cooked turkey kielbasa 1/2 Package(s) of a 10 oz pk frozen chopped 2 Can(s) 14.5 oz ea stewed tomatoes 1 Can(s) 15 oz great northern beans, -1 1/4 Cup(s) red wine or chicken broth 1/4 Cup(s) shredded parmesan cheese |
Directions: In a large saucepan, according to instructions, cook pasta. Drain and
return to the pan. Bias-slice kielbasa. Drain thawed spinach well. Add
kielbasa, spinach, tomatoes, beans, tomato paste, wine or broth, and
Italian seasoning to the cooked pasta. Stir to mix. Spoon mixture into
a 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake, uncovered, in a 375F oven 25-30 minutes, or until hot and
bubbly.

There are many variation to the Hungarian Sausage, different regions have their own recipes and tastes. The following is the one I make, you can make some changes to suit you White chocolate raspberry triangles Melt butter. Add chopped white chocolate squares and set aside. Beat eggs with sugar until thick and lemon coloured. Stir in white chocolate-butter mixture until smooth. Add to egg mixture with vanilla, salt and flour. Mix well. Spread half the batter int Black bean chili burgers Bring 1 cup water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add quinoa, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Place black bean flakes in a medium-sized bowl. Stir in boiling water. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
