Ingredients: 2 ham (cubed) 1 half and half cream 489/5000 Pound(s) flour 8 Ounce(s) sour cream 1/2 pepper 1/6 Ounce(s) salt 3 egg 3 cottage cheese 2/3 Pound(s) egg noodles |
Directions: Mix together cooked noodles, cottage cheese, eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl. Place evenly into a 9x13 pan. Then mix together cream sauce: sour cream, flour, cream and cubed ham. Pour cream sauce over the first layer. Cook @ 350 for 45 minutes.
Optional: You can change the half and half cream to heavy cream or milk to suit personal taste. More options for flavor could be onions, minced onions, or bacon.
