If I were having my teeth out again, I'd have soup. I think it's
comforting, and it's definitely easy to eat! My favorite is Jackie Manni Diabetic milk shake Put it all in the blender.
You may add fruits to taste as well.
Cream of mushroom soup Saute mushrooms and onions in butter and oil for 10 minutes or until
tender. Add flour to sauteed vvegetables Add stock mixture of the
chicken broth, water and bouillon to vegetables. Cook, not boiling,
for 30 minutes. Add milk, stirring constantl Fresh peach ice cream In a kettle of boiling water blanch the peaches for
1 minute and transfer them to a bowl of ice and water
to stop the cooking. Peel and pit the peaches and in
a food processor or blender puree them. In a large

wrap it in a double layer of foil) over moderate heat until hot but not

OTHER OPTIONS: Regular recipes use about 1 1/2 Tb butter and 1 1/2 Tb
flour per cup of milk for a medium white sauce.
5 oz evaporated milk plus 5 oz water plus 1 Tb Upland game birds in heavy cream Lightly brown birds in butter. Add wine. Cover and cook slowly about
