Turkey Meatballs



Ingredients:
2 matzo crackers; food processed
1 Can(s) chicken stock (14 oz)
3 Pound(s) ground turkey; 1 # white; 2 dark
4 eggs
1/2 Cup(s) onion; chopped & sauted with gar
1 clove garlic; minced
3 Tablespoon(s) parsley; chopped
2 1/2 salt and pepper
1/6 Tablespoon(s) paprika
2/3 Tablespoon(s) lemon juice
3/8 Cup(s) parmesan cheese
1 Teaspoon(s) oregano
1 Tablespoon(s) basil; chopped
Directions: Mix all ingredients really well; adding breadcrumbs if mixture is too wet. Using a scoop to measure; saute meatballs until browned. Put in a large sauce pan and cover with chunky tomato sauce or marinara and bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
