Lisa's matzo ball soup Make the soup a day ahead:
Combine the ingredients in a large stockpot and bring to a boil. Reduce
heat to a simmer and cook, uncovered for 2 hours. Strain, and taste the
chicken; if it's not too dry, reserve the meat for another use. Discard
the Easy cheesy scalloped potatoes PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and chicken broth in large bowl until well blended. Add potatoes, ham, 1-3/4 cups of the cheese and peas; stir gently to coat all ingredients.

from pot, let cool and remove Cauliflower soup Break cauliflower into florets.
In a large saucepan, combine the cauliflower, carrot, celery and broth. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender (do not drain).

If I were having my teeth out again, I'd have soup. I think it's
comforting, and it's definitely easy to eat! My favorite is Jackie Manni Cuban black bean soup Sort and soak beans overnight; drain and discard soak water. In a 4-quart pot, saute onion in butter or margarine until tender but not browned. Add soaked beans, 4 cups water, bouillon cube, ham (cut into 4-6 chunks), bay leaves, thyme, oregano, salt & Chinese winter soup Put the broth in a saucepan; add the mushrooms and spinach and simmer 3-4
minutes.
Combine the soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, sesame oil and pepper oil in a
small bowl; stir to blnd, then add to the broth. Taste and adjust
seasonings.
Add th Cheesy cabbage and smoked sausage soup Cut sausage in half lengthwise and slice.
In a large soup pot, bring broth, cabbage and onion to a boil.
Reduce
heat; cover and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
Add sausage; heat through.

In large Dutch oven, heat vegetable oil. Add garlic and 8 chopped corn
tortillas. Saute until tender.
Add onion puree, tomato puree, cayenne pepper, cumin, bay leaves, tomato

Chicken barley soup (low cal) Place chicken, water, leaves from celery and small onion in a large
saucepan. (Reserve celery stalks.)
Cover saucepan and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 1 1/2 hours
until chicken is tender. Remove chicken. Strain broth into bowl;
Cheese stuffed potatoes Scrub potatoes and place in a large saucepan. Add the 1/2 teaspoon salt
and water to cover; simmer 15 minutes or until just tender. Drain well and
let stand until cool enough to handle.
